The primary duties an Arby's team member carries out include taking guest orders, preparing food made to order, and providing excellent guest service. Team members must also clean the dining room, service counter, and kitchen stations. Depending on the shift, team members may need to carry out opening or closing duties. An ideal Arby's team member possesses a positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a strong work ethic. Team Member

A Team Trainer will provide all of the duties as a Team Member with the added responsibility of helping train new employees and other employees learning new positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides guests with Wow! Hospitality. Meet, or exceed, Speed of Service Standards. Team Trainer

A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General and Assistant Manager(s) in running an Arby's restaurant in order to ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience. A Shift Manager must be able to guide Team Members, ensure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant. A Shift Manager must be able to stand for up to eight (8) hours and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. The position requires pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. A Shift Manager must be able to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors. The Shift Manager must also be able to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards according to Carisch, Inc. and Arby's Standards including state and federal policies and guidelines. JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for managers with prior restaurant experience and management experience, and the desire to move your career to the next level. A Shift Manager is an integral part of the management teams. Shift Managers will develop the management skills necessary to become an Assistant Manager. Shift Managers are also generally offered more flexibility with regard to schedule requirements
Shift Manager

The Assistant Manager is second in command of an Arby's restaurant and is responsible for assisting the General Manager (GM) in managing the overall operations of the unit. Responsibilities include staffing, training, record keeping, guest service, product quality, cleanliness, safety, regulatory compliance and adequate performance on all financial and operational measures. Assistant Managers typically require open availability and work various shifts (opening, midshifts, closing, and weekends) standing most of the time. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and the use of motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. An Assistant Manager must be able to communicate effectively and professionally through both verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors. The Assistant Manager must also be able to accurately complete manual and computer-based bookkeeping, paperwork, and other record keeping; and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with Carisch, Inc. and Arby's Standards including state and federal policies and guidelines. JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for managers with restaurant experience, at least one (1) year of management experience, and the desire to move your career to the next level.
Assistant Manager

The position requires pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through both verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors and be able to accurately complete manual and computer-based bookkeeping, paperwork, and other record keeping. Regular and prompt attendance as the most basic job requirement JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for managers with restaurant experience, at least one (1) year of management experience, and the desire to move your career to the next level.
